Open Question: do i need to get a new UTR if im looking to open a weekend stall?

I used to be self employed under the CIS, i am now working on the books for a company but have been thinking in opening a store on the weekends. Can i use my old UTR number or will i need to get a new one? also will i need to ring the tax office to reactivate thr UTR or would i need to register as a sole trader and get a new number?
